Ana has worked in dental care for just under a year, but she also brings extensive experience in customer care, which is her favourite part of the job. Her background in teaching has given her the confidence to speak comfortably in front of people, as well as the empathy and patience needed to handle challenging situations with care and understanding.
What Ana enjoys most about caring for and helping patients is making people feel at ease in an environment that can often feel intimidating or stressful. She loves having conversations and learning about other people’s interests and experiences. It is incredibly rewarding for her to see patients leave happy after having a positive experience.
Outside of work, Ana enjoys hiking in nature and training with her partner. She also really enjoys good food and trying new restaurants, so going out for meals is a real treat for her.
