Dr. Scott McNeill is a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine with over 13 years of experience providing safe and effective sedation across a wide range of procedures. He completed his training in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine in Edinburgh and South East Scotland and earned the Fellowship of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) in 2013, followed by the Fellowship of the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (FFICM) in 2017.
In his primary role as a Consultant Anaesthetist and Intensivist at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Dr. McNeill specialises in providing anaesthesia for complex surgical procedures, with a particular focus on major abdominal surgery, liver transplantation, and kidney transplantation. He also leads undergraduate education in Critical Care Medicine at the University of Edinburgh.
