The premises are relaxing and lovely, every single staff member is friendly and welcoming and the treatment I've received has been excellent and thorough, with aftercare and regular follow ups in place. I had a frenectomy done by Dr. Kaila and Nurse Nancy and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. As soon as you walk in, the reception team makes you feel really welcome which, when you're about to have a dental procedure, goes a long way! Dr. Kaila and Nurse Nancy were brilliant throughout, they kept me in the loop at every stage and made the whole thing much less daunting than I expected. And the aftercare was a really nice touch too Dr. Kaila called me afterwards to check how I was doing. I was a little bit worried after being referred for my first ever tooth extraction, a horizontally impacted lower wisdom tooth, but being treated by Dr. Kaila and nurse Nancy at The Row was the best experience I could have asked for given the circumstance. The care and dedication before, during and after has been incredible, every question has been answered thoroughly and their bedside manner was impeccable. The location is central and the facility is very clean, they make you feel as comfortable as possible in the reception and treatment rooms. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you.
